Venues on Bridebook had a profile. What they didn't have was a voice. The listing format flattened every space into the same template - capacity, price, location - and gave couples no real sense of what a venue felt like. I designed a short-form content feature that let venues tell their own story: the couples they'd hosted, the moments they'd held, the things that made them different. For couples deep in the research phase, it was the difference between a venue that looked right on paper and one that felt right in their gut. Engagement with venue profiles increased meaningfully in the weeks following launch.
