Couples were dropping off, venues were getting no-shows, and the experience of scheduling a showround was being handled outside the platform entirely. I designed an end-to-end scheduling flow that kept couples and venues in sync — confirmation, reminders, preparation prompts — turning what was a friction point into a product feature. No-shows reduced. Couples showed up better prepared. Venues converted more visits into bookings.
