Hey! I’m Anne-Marie - Product designer and travel enthusiast with an ENFJ-T personality type!
My peers describe me as a kind, reliable, hardworking team player. I’d add that I’m easy-going, persevering and fun. I am passionate about interaction, UX, research, and human-centred design. My driving force is understanding people, having empathy towards the challenges they are presented with, and helping them find solutions through intuitive design and insightful interaction.
I believe good design should be simple and clear with a pragmatic focus on business growth. I contribute to designing new features and optimising existing products from start to finish. This includes interviewing users for research and testing, creating workshops, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and dev-ready final designs.

Product Designer
Redesigning the Review Feedback Form from end to end. Elevating the overall User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) with enhanced user journeys. Created a new design system to ensure consistency and coherence throughout. Developed and introduced new interactive form components to streamline engagement. Crafted a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for rigorous user testing, guaranteeing existing products meet top-tier usability and accessibility standards while setting new benchmarks for sustainability in upcoming products.

Product Designer (Contract)
Reimagining and enhancing the user journey for commercial businesses navigating the insurance claims process. Leveraging my expertise in user-centered design, I conducted in-depth research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within the existing system. Through iterative prototyping and user testing, I crafted a streamlined and intuitive interface that significantly reduced friction in the claims submission process. The redesigned user journey not only prioritises efficiency but also ensures a seamless and user-friendly experience for commercial clients, fostering stronger relationships between businesses and their insurers.

Complete End to End redesign for a new B2B2C SaaS product that allows customers to book hair & beauty appointments through mobile and web devices, resulting in a significant commercial benefit. Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. Created a new design system to ensure consistency and coherence throughout.
